Blini & Creme Fraiche
Reheat blini in oven at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Spread a small amount of chive creme fraiche on blini, and top with a teaspoon of caviar.
Other toppings: chopped hard boiled egg, diced red onion, dill.
Not traditional, but this may be our favorite way. Fresh, toasted levain or sourdough, slathered in butter and caviar. It doesn't get much better.
No reheating necessary. Replace the instructions above with your favorite potato chip. We recommend low-salt Cape Code Classic.
