For most of my life, I believed caviar was something to savor in extreme moderation. Half a teaspoon at a fancy event here and there. And I always found myself craving MORE.

When I met my husband, who was born in Kiev, he introduced me to a new way of enjoying this delicacy. It turns out that caviar doesn't have to be crazy expensive. In Russia, it's part of daily life, not a rare indulgence. Ex-pats have 'caviar dealers' who drop the stuff of en-masse in paper bags, for a price that allows them to eat it by the spoonful, straight from the tin.

Think of Philadelphia Caviar Co. as your local dealer, and enjoy!
